Substance-Free Workplace Policy
Employees are not permitted to illegally use, possess, distribute, sell, or be impaired by controlled substances while working. Staff members are expected to report to work and remain free from the effects of drugs or alcohol at all times while on company property or conducting company-related activities. Medications that are legally prescribed or available over the counter are allowed, provided they are used according to medical or label instructions. Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary measures, up to and including termination of employment.
